Photo: Wenatchee Riverfront Railway



Located at the east end of the Riverwalk Bridge that connects downtown with the Apple Capital Loop Trail, the Wenatchee Riverfront Railway features a train station, a World War II era troop transport car, and the caboose pictured here.  It also features a miniature train that occasionally is available for children to ride on.

Taking up about two thirds of the old K-Mart building in the Olds Station area is the new Gateway Cinema.  It just recently opened and will be a welcome addition to the city's entertainment options.

Lincoln Rock State Park sits on the east side of the Columbia River, just north of East Wenatchee.  It offers all kinds of fun activities, especially during the summer, for everyone.  This photo looks north up the Columbia River from one of the boat docks.
